By using Once Upon You, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms may change from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated version.
Once Upon You creates personalized, illustrated e-storybooks from a name, photo, and story idea. We deliver the story online as a preview and, after a one-time purchase, as a full e-storybook with a downloadable PDF.
You keep ownership of the photos and ideas you submit. You give us a limited license to use them only to generate your story and illustrations. You must have the right to share any photo you upload, including photos of children for whom you are the parent or legal guardian.
Full e-storybook unlocks and print orders are paid via our payment processor. Prices are shown before checkout and are one-time charges. We do not offer subscriptions.
Because stories are generated on demand and customized for you, we generally do not offer refunds once the full e-storybook has been generated or unlocked. Contact us if you believe something went wrong.
The software, website design, and brand assets of Once Upon You belong to us. You receive a personal license to read, share, and download the e-storybook we create for you. You may not resell it as a commercial product or remove our branding.
Do not use the service to generate content that is harmful, unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates someone else's rights. We may refuse, remove, or terminate accounts for misuse.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Session data and uploaded photos are deleted when you close your session.
Stories and illustrations are generated by our model. While we aim for quality, accuracy, and consistency, we cannot guarantee every output will be perfect. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
