Uploaded photographs are used only for automatic creation of personalized illustrations. They are never saved by OnceUponU and are never viewed by anyone. They are sent directly for automated processing and discarded after processing. Story instructions and related information may be processed by third-party artificial-intelligence and technology providers on our behalf under their contractual and privacy arrangements. Because their infrastructure may be in different countries, this automated processing may occur outside your country of residence.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. When details are entered directly into their secure interface, OnceUponU does not receive or intentionally store your complete card number or security code. We may retain transaction status, amount, currency, date, reference, and purchased package for accounting, support, and transaction management.
We use your email to deliver your story and important purchase information, sometimes through third-party email-delivery services. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, Messenger, or another support channel, we may retain the communication as needed to respond and provide support.
